All Luna products are made to order, crafted specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. Express shipping is not available at this time.

Because every Luna product is made just for you, some orders take a little longer to arrive — but we think the wait is worth it. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way, so you're never left wondering.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Duties & Taxes

Depending on where your order is produced and where it is being delivered, it may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Luna is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@lunaofficial.com.au within 30 days of your order date and we will investigate on your behalf.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 30 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, excluding any shipping costs.
