How do I know which case fits my phone?
Each product listing includes a full list of compatible phone models. Simply select your model from the dropdown before adding to cart. If you're not sure, reach out to us at hello@lunaofficial.com.au before ordering — we're always happy to help you find the right fit.
Will the colours look exactly as shown on screen?
We work hard to represent our designs as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen settings and display technology. Small variations are normal and aren't considered a fault — but if something looks really off when it arrives, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Are your products good quality?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, we may not always be able to make changes or cancellations. Please take a moment to double-check your phone model, finish, and design before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lunaofficial.com.au and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every Luna product is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my case arrives damaged or faulty?
We're so sorry if that happens — it's not the Luna experience we want for you. Just email us at hello@lunaofficial.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we'll offer a full refund or a replacement, and you won't need to send anything back.
